Secretariat
Introducing the Secretariat
The Cree-Québec Forestry Board
is supported by a small team to act as their secretariat. It will be responsible
for:
| 1. |
Developing the necessary tools and mechanisms for the Board to operate effectively |
| 2. |
Preparing files and managing Board meetings |
| 3. |
Conducting the needed analyses to evaluate the stakes involved in deploying an adapted forestry regime for the territory covered under the Agreement and helping the Board plan its interventions with other parties and partners. |

Accomplishing tasks required by the Chairman and the Board. |
The secretariat team is made up of:
- Marie Gosselin, executive director
- Martin Pelletier, analyst/advisor
- Sylvie Dolbec, administrative assistant
